GASWORX Architectural Tour

3/10 Kettler GASWORX Tour (REGISTER ONLINE - NO ONSITE REGISTRATION)

Gasworx is a transformative 50-acre mixed use neighborhood that will soon bridge Ybor City and downtown Tampa, and will deliver 5,000 residences, 500,000 square feet of office space, and 150,000 square feet of retail.

Gasworx is an ambitious redevelopment project transforming a 50-acre area to bridge Tampa’s historic Ybor City with other downtown districts. At the intersection of Tampa’s rich past and vibrant future, this mixed-use neighborhood, in its completion, will introduce 5,000 new residences, half-million square feet of office space, and 150,000 square feet of retail space.

The district aims to reconnect the community to its storied cultural heritage by creating one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Tampa. With a focus on pedestrian and bike traffic, Gasworx will enhance Tampa’s urban core with greenspaces, new streets, sidewalks, and trails. At the core of Gasworx will stand a redeveloped warehouse that will be transformed into a marketplace with open air seating and serve as the hub of the new district. It is located in close proximity to a new park, residences, and office tower. Gasworx looks to add to the next chapter of restoring Ybor City to its rightful place as one of America’s truly great neighborhoods.

The project is a collaborative effort between KETTLER, local developer Darryl Shaw, and international property company, PPF Group.
