  • 1st Stop - Ashley Gibbons Barnett Museum of Art 800 East Palmetto Street Lakeland, FL, 33801 United States (map)

Join us for an enjoyable design-filled day in Polk County. We will start the day at Noon at the The Ashley Gibson Barnett Museum of Art (The AGB) at Florida Southern College previously known as the Polk Museum of Art, to see the stunning addition by Straughn Trout Architects and enjoy the gallery exhibits. We will then pop over to Winter Haven to see three inspiring properties by the renowned Sarasta-School Architect, Gene Leedy, FAIA. His home, office and a third residence offered as a curated tour by Double Tee Arts, led by prominent architect Max Strang, FAIA. According to Strang, “Gene Leedy was a major design thinker and rigorous intellectual, his design strategies are more relevant today, than ever.”

Double Tee Arts invites you to join them for an additional Cocktail Salon & Conversation at The Gene Leedy House (https://www.doubleteearts.org/).
