Tampa's Water Street district was the first community in the world to achieve a WELL Precertification for Design and Operations under the WELL Community Standard - an evidence-based system used for measuring, certifying and monitoring features that impact the human experience. This tour will showcase the different aspects of the development's public and living spaces which were specifically designed with communal wellness and sustainability as top priorities.

Tour begins at 3:30pm in front of Heron fountain at the SW corner of Channelside Dr. and Beneficial Dr.
